I saw an ad for this place and decided to give it a try. I had never been. I live in the suburbs and made an appointment to see April. I drove all the way into the city. Drove around to find street parking which is not easy in that area. I texted when I was 20 minutes away and they said no problem. When I got to the spa, they told me the girl I made the appointment with was busy! Are you friggin kidding me???? I texted this person right away and she said she had no idea she was busy and that I could wait!?! Who's running this place? Plus there were roaches crawling on the outside of the building. I left right away and went to a much better spa and I'll never go back!
